- Contact Information: If you choose to use features like "Invite Friends," and only after you grant explicit permission through the operating system prompt, we may access your device's contact list. This may include names, phone numbers, and/or email addresses from your contacts. We will clearly explain why we need this access before requesting it.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the app, including personalizing your experience.
To communicate with you about updates, new features, or support.
To enable social features, such as inviting friends to join Tune64:
- If you grant us access to your contacts, this information will be securely uploaded to our servers.
- We use this information solely to help you identify which of your contacts are already Tune64 users, to allow you to send invitations to contacts who are not yet users, and to facilitate the "unlock Pro features" benefit associated with inviting friends.
- We do not use your contact information for any other purpose without your further consent.

We do not sell your personal information.
Your Contact Information: We do not share your raw contact list with third parties for their independent use or marketing purposes.

This includes measures to secure contact information uploaded to our servers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Accessing and Updating Your Information: You can typically access and update your account information through the app's settings.
Contact Permissions: You can grant or revoke access to your contacts at any time through your device's settings. If you revoke permission, the friend invitation feature relying on contacts may no longer function.
Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Tune64 is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
